Born and initially raised in London, David moved with his family to West Sussex in the early 1960’s where he quickly developed a love for anything to do with music and in particular singing. Never one to shy away from a spot light and a microphone, David soon realised that he could use his singing voice for more than just Karaoke, and has won several competitions and prizes singing not only music of the swing genre, but that of his favourite artistes such as Elton John, George Michael, Robbie Williams, Soul and R&B music.

He met up with Steven around the same time that the original Pack was being formed. Indeed, the original project was only destined to be a ‘Rat Pack’ Karaoke night with the intention of raising some money for charity. He was soon established as one of the key members and soon had his own swing repertoire which includes some of the big pack numbers such as Fly Me to The Moon, Mack the Knife and Lady Is a Tramp. He also includes in his repertoire, songs made popular by Canadian swing vocalist Michael Buble.

At only 5’ 5” it’s no surprise that David is affectionately referred to by the rest of the band as as ‘Little’ Dave. The little guy with the big voice! He takes the lead on the pack’s album tracks ‘That’s Life’, and ‘Me and My shadow’. He pairs up with Steven on ‘Well did you Evah’ (the Sinatra and Crosby duet from the film High Society) and stamps his unique trademark on his individual solo tracks.
